Política de reembolso
Refunds are only offered on soft goods and shoes that are unworn and have not been washed with all tags still attached. There are no refunds on hardgoods unless a product other than what was ordered was delivered and there was no agreement on substitution prior to shipping. All return requests must be made within 2 weeks of the original purchase date. We do not cover return shipping costs. If the returned product is used or not in the condition it was originally shipped in, we will ship it back and not issue a refund.
We reserve the right to cancel any order that seems fraudulent or goes against set parameters around certain releases without contact.
Any orders containing Vans Brand product requiring international shipping will have those products removed without contact.
